I am an IT Manager who is responsible for IT services at three companies who are part of a group of companies that all operate in overlapping markets.

I manage staff and contracts for external suppliers including an outsourced helpdesk. I am also responsible for the yearly budgets, spending on IT within the business and the strategy to standardise and consolidate the IT Infrastructure estate between the three companies.
